PRACTICAL RESTAURANT SUPPORT

One priority.
A practical plan.
Work that moves you forward.

Choose the support that fits your restaurant: clarity on where to start, help putting a change into practice, or a focused monthly initiative. A diagnostic is optional if you already have a defined project.

OPERATIONS · EXPERIENCE · GROWTH

Grounded in the way
restaurants really work.

Understand the operation before deciding what to change.

We start with your question, observe the relevant service or process, and review the information available. The result is a focused action plan your team can use.

What you receive

  1. An owner conversationDefine the priority, the context and what a useful review would answer.
  2. A service and data reviewOne observation or agreed remote equivalent, plus available sales, labor or event information relevant to the question.
  3. Five ranked prioritiesA two-to-three-page report with the evidence, recommended action, owner, next step and measure for each priority.
  4. A clear handoffA 30-minute debrief and one clarification round to work through the recommendations.
TIMING

Target delivery within five business days after the booking payment, required data and access are received.

PAYMENT & SCOPE

$375 to book; $375 on delivery. Six total hours, including preparation, travel, review and reporting.

The diagnostic is a standalone deliverable. Implementation is scoped separately, and the fee is not automatically credited against later work.

One workstream, from baseline to team handoff.

We agree on the problem, the deliverables, an internal owner and a way to assess progress. Each project focuses on one of these workstreams.

01

Event inquiry follow-up

Inquiry capture, qualification, response ownership, proposal handoff and a dated follow-up process using your current system.

02

A service-period campaign

One guest occasion, an approved offer, a distribution plan and a tracking method. Up to two simple creative pieces from client-provided assets can be included in the agreed scope.

03

Manager & service consistency

A concise shift brief, a training or knowledge-validation checklist, and an action log with clear ownership and due dates.

The project includes

An agreed baseline and success measure, the scoped workflow or tools, one team handoff session, weekly written updates, a closing review and one clarification round.

STARTAgree the baseline.

DAY-15 MILESTONEReview a defined output.

Approve the agreed workflow or other named deliverable.

BY DAY 30Handoff & review.

Review adoption, available results and the next decision.

PAYMENT

$1,250 at start; $1,250 after the agreed day-15 milestone is delivered.

CAPACITY

Twenty total hours across 30 days, including preparation, travel, implementation and reporting.

The written scope names one workstream and an observable milestone. Third-party costs and additional work are agreed separately.

A monthly initiative with room for hands-on follow-through.

We define the month’s priority in writing and keep the work connected to your team’s capacity. Regular check-ins help surface decisions, remove practical obstacles and keep the handoff clear.

  1. One written monthly initiativeA defined operating or marketing priority, deliverables, an internal owner and an agreed measure.
  2. Four 20-minute check-insReview progress, clarify decisions and agree the next actions with the owner or designated lead.
  3. Implementation supportPractical work on the agreed initiative within the monthly scope and hour allowance.
  4. A monthly results reportWhat was delivered, what the available evidence shows, what remains open and the next recommendation. One clarification round is included.
TERM & PAYMENT

$1,500 in advance for an agreed 30-day period. Each renewal is confirmed in writing before the next invoice.

CAPACITY

Ten total hours per month, including check-ins, preparation, travel, implementation and reporting.

Daily posting, photo and video production, ad spend and full venue management require a separate scope. Unused hours do not become an ongoing bank of work.
